More than 30 years as an independent entrepreneur, with a successful professional career in which he has supported hundreds of companies, of all types and sizes, to strengthen their organizational structure with outstanding executives, to increase their sales volumes, to improve their productivity and financial results.
For more than 20 years he has worked intensely with Communities to implement Transformation processes, organizing them so that they learn to take advantage of the multiple resources they have, and develop world-class productive projects, in which the Community is a majority shareholder.
Graduated from Loyola University, New Orleans, U.S.A., where he studied Psychology and Communications. Founding partner and Director from 1983 to 1994 of Lanz Internacional, a leading company in Mexico dedicated to the development and implementation of reengineering and productivity processes for the industry, in which he supported, with more than fifty multifunctional specialists, the development and implementation of better methods, systems, and procedures, generating abundant measurable financial benefits, resulting from significant improvements in productivity in the intervened areas.
Founding partner, Director and board member of Lanz & Asociados, from 1995 to date. Company specialized in optimizing the management of Human Resources, in search and selection of Outstanding Executives, and in the development and implementation of commercial strategies, which have made the Organizational Structure and results more efficient, mainly increasing the sales of a number of companies.
